With nearly a decade of environmental and resource-sector experience, Lauri has worked across both junior exploration companies and operating mines, supporting projects from early-stage baseline studies and permitting through operations, compliance, sustainability reporting, and community engagement.
Her experience spans roles including Environmental Manager, Sustainability Reporting Specialist, Community Engagement and Indigenous Relations Coordinator, Environmental Technician, and Contaminated Land and Groundwater Consultant, with work across Canada’s far-north. She has supported environmental monitoring programs, regulatory and environmental assessment processes, Indigenous and community engagement, ESG reporting, and environmental compliance.
Lauri also holds an MSc in Environment and Geography, specializing in polar oceanography, with months of field research experience in James Bay and Hudson Bay.
Outside of consulting, she is a backcountry guide and founder of an outdoor adventure business, bringing extensive experience working in remote environments and managing field logistics.
